2024 Spring Registration

2024 Spring Registration will be open from January 1st - January 31st
Thank you for getting registered for the 2024 Spring Season! Please see below for a listing of all Baseball and Softball Divisions we have available.

A couple of items prior to getting started:

Selecting the right division:

When picking a division for your player, please select the appropriate one based off their age. Any player being moved to a different division will be a DDS Executive Board decision and primarily based on the total player pool for that division as well as overall team formation. The board will accept requests for division transfers, but there are no guarantees to accommodate. The DDS Board reserves the right to transfer players based on the overall needs of all divisions and in the best interest of the player.

Fundraising Participation:
This year the fundraiser will be a Bingo Event! Similar to last year, we will host 2 events and tickets will be divided amongst all players participating in the fundraiser.

Each player participating in the fundraiser is required to sell a minimum of 2 tickets ($25 each). More tickets are available for sale based on requests and availability.

The Bingo events will be held on 5/4 and 5/5 at the Shiloh Fire Hall

BUYOUT- If you wish to not participate in the fundraiser, the buyout is $50 per player and can be paid online during registration.

**IMPORTANT**- The deadline for any changes pertaining to the fundraiser buyout are due (in writing) no later than 3/1/24. At that time, once you have elected to participate in the fundraiser or sell tickets, we can not accommodate any changes after that date. If you have elected to sell tickets, you are responsible for the face value of all tickets. Once the final numbers of fundraiser participants have been determined, tickets are divided amongst these players and must be sold. Due to the nature of these events, we can not accommodate changes following the 3/1/24 deadline. If you have questions about this, please ask before it is too late- [email protected]

Registration Listing

2024- Fall Ball- Softball

Thank you for getting registered for Fall Ball 2024! This registration is for our Softball Programs.

A couple of items prior to getting started:

When picking a division for your player, please select the division that they will play in the Spring of 2025.
We will be using the same Jerseys/Hats that were used this past Spring season. If you already have them, you will receive a $10 discount on registration fees. Please make the correct choices when filling out your registration
If you did not play in the Spring, you will be able to select Jersey/Hat size for the fall season.
FUNDRAISER- Our Fall Fundraiser will be Mums and Whoopie Pies! Each player is required to sell the fundraiser and raise a minimum of $50 in net earnings. That is not $50 in sales, it is $50 in net earnings (total sales - cost = net earnings).

If you do not wish to participate in the fundraiser, you can opt out and pay the $50 as part of your registration- please select the correct choice when going through the registration process.

For any Cash or Check Payments- they must be submitted by the deadline or the registration will be cancelled. Cash or Check payments are due by August 1st.
