Please read these details pertaining to the 2026 Spring Fundraiser:
We have two options for participation:
Option 1: Fundraiser Buyout
$50 buyout per player, completed through this registration.
Option 2: Raffle Ticket Sales
We are selling raffle tickets for a chance to win 13 different meat bundles from Sue’s Market in Wrightsville.
Ticket Details:
· Each ticket costs $10.
· Each player is required to sell 5 tickets.
· More tickets are available upon request- there is no limit to how many you can sell!
Prizes:
· There are 13 unique meat bundles (details listed on following page).
· Each ticket gives you a chance to win one bundle.
SELLER PRIZE- Our top 3 sellers will be awarded prizes for their efforts:
· 1st Place- $200 Dicks Sporting Goods Gift Card
· 2nd Place- $150 Dicks Sporting Goods Gift Card
· 3rd Place- $100 Dicks Sporting Goods Gift Card
Drawing Information:
· The drawing will take place at Reliance Fire Hall on 4/22 at 6pm
· Winners do NOT need to be present to win.
· Winners will be contacted by Sue’s Market via phone when their bundle is ready for pickup.
· Optional delivery is available for an additional fee (paid by the winner).
· Each ticket can only win once.
Important Dates & Details
Fundraiser Start Date:
· Officially begins on 3/16.
Ticket Pickup:
· At the Parent Meeting on 3/10.
· During Opening Day on 4/11.
Payments & Ticket Stubs Due: 4/16
· Any unpaid or unreturned tickets will result in the $50 buyout fee.
· Please note- If the minimum requirement is not met, the player would be responsible for covering the difference up to the $50 total.
Lost Tickets:
· Will NOT be replaced. Sellers are responsible for the cost of lost tickets.
Drawing:
· Held at Reliance Fire Hall on 4/22 at 6pm
· A video of the drawing will be posted on Facebook after the event.
