Pennsylvania State Police Criminal Background Check (can be done online via this link) PSP Background Check
Department of Human Services Child Abuse History Check (can be done online via this link) PA Child Abuse Clearance
FBI Fingerprint background check - You must complete one of the following:
If you have lived in the state of Pennsylvania for at least 10 consecutive years, complete the Volunteer Request for Waiver of FBI Record Check (click here).
If you have lived outside of the state of Pennsylvania in the last 10 years, you must complete an FBI fingerprint record check. Use code 1KG6ZJ
Baseball & Tee Ball ONLY:
JDP Clearance - This clearance is now completed as part of your registration as a coach/ volunteer. You MUST register as a coach/ volunteer in order to assist with our program. This background check is required by Little League.
Coaches and volunteers are asked to retain their originals and turn copies of their clearances into their head coach/ manager. The head coach/ manager will then turn the completed paperwork into the organization.
