Opening Day – Saturday 04/11/26 – Dover Middle School Football Field
Event Overview: PREPARE FOR WEATHER!
8:45am- Player Arrival Time (Please do not be late!)
9:20am- Start time
Parking at the Middle School and High School
**SPRING FUNDRAISER- Meat Raffle Tickets will be available for purchase and pick up!**
**DDS Apparel Sale- Table will be open with New Items! Cash or Paypal Accepted**
**All online apparel orders and coaches online orders can be picked up at the Apparel Sale Table!
**We will have Give & Grab tables that anyone may drop off donated TeeBall, Baseball, or Softball items and anyone may help themselves to anything that is on these tables (see list below)
Timeline:
- 8:00 Coffee truck arrival
- 8:15 Coaches arrive (Meet at the snack stand to check-in and get your sign)
- 8:45 Player arrival (sneakers only)
- Parents/guardians will take their player to the coach.
- After players are with the coach, parents will find a seat in the stadium
- 9:10 Start lining up players within teams (coaches)
- 9:20 Star Spangled Banner played, Parade begins
- Coaches names will be announced.
- Players walk around the track to opposite 50 yard line, then back to original spot.
- 9:45(ish) Everyone back in original position.
- 10:00(ish) Parents/guardians go to coach to pickup players.
- Scrimmages will be scheduled by coaches, please refer to your teams Gamechanger for Game information
- Special notes:
- Players wear jerseys, hats, and sneakers
- We are planning some scrimmages for teams to play after the parade. Coaches will inform parents/guardians
